Ordering & Returns

How ordering works

Every Detent is made to order. Nothing sits pre-built on a shelf — when you place an order, your watch enters the build queue and is assembled, regulated, tested and filmed individually before it ships.

Current turnaround is 3–5 weeks from order to dispatch, plus shipping time. If anything affects the timeline on your specific order, you'll hear from us directly.

Your build, on film

Every watch includes a personal video of your piece being built, sent to you when it's complete. It's real footage of your specific watch being made — not a generic clip.

Shipping

Watches are dispatched from Sweden once complete, tracked and insured. Shipping and any duties are shown at checkout.

Cancellations and returns

Because every Detent is built to order specifically for you, orders can't be returned simply for change of mind once the build is underway. This is standard for made-to-order goods and is why each piece exists at all — we don't build it until it's yours.

If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible after ordering. If your build hasn't started yet, we'll sort it out with you.

Faulty or misdescribed watches are a different matter and are always covered. If something is wrong with the watch when it arrives, or a manufacturing fault appears, contact us and we'll put it right. This does not affect your statutory rights under Swedish consumer law.
